When the state whose stick was based on its buffalo principle. But modern civilized society can never afford such unrestricted freedom.
Because if the concept of human freedom is taken as freedom or deliverance from limits and restrictions, then the one who has more power will be more free in the society. He will be able to stay and the rest of the people will lose their freedom in the society. That is why the modern state which has come into being from an organized society. *KINDS OF LIBERTY*
1-Natural Freedom:
Natural freedom refers to the state before the establishment of a civilized state when there was no restriction on human freedom. Everybody in the natural state was concerned with their own survival and interests and that was the law of nature at that time. Civil liberties are the exact opposite of natural liberties, because civil liberties are state-granted liberties. When the state grants civil liberties to the individual, it leaves him free in both negative and positive freedoms. If the state interferes in the affairs of the individual, it is said to be a negative aspect of granting freedom. However, if the state does not interfere in human affairs, it will be a positive aspect of freedom. Subscribes to associations. Which creates in him the qualities of a good citizen. And he is aware of his rights. "There are two aspects to civil liberties." When the state did not exist, the individual was not as free and peaceful as he is today.
(2) Constitutional Freedom:
Constitutional freedom is another aspect of civil liberties which means that every state in the world gives basic rights to its citizens in its constitution. And these rights are given at the constitutional level because if a person is a citizen of the state and he is not getting these rights, then he can go to court against the government. These rights are found in different forms in different states. In the UK and Pakistan in the form of a rule of law and in the US the judiciary is separated from the administration or in some states the Declaration of Fundamental Rights. In short, the state also gives freedom to its citizens by providing constitutional protection.
3-Economic Freedom:
Economic freedom means that every member of the state has the full right to earn his living and he has his own in every way. Be free to increase your income. Wealth of a particular class should not be controlled and economic democracy should prevail everywhere.
Economic democracy means that: (i) All citizens should have equal economic rights. (ii) Workers to have an equal share in industrial enterprises. "That is, political or civil liberties are meaningless without economic liberties." ۔ With the concentration of wealth in the hands of a few, the spirit of economic freedom dies its own death. So, Islam introduced a universal system of Zakat to eliminate the concentration of wealth. As a result, the wealth continues to reach the rightful owner and the investor cannot keep the wealth locked in his safe. Economic freedom is very important in political ideology. It is the equal distribution of wealth that guarantees the progress and prosperity of the state.
4-Moral Freedom:
Moral freedom means that every human being has full freedom to cultivate his morals according to his conscience.
